The first operations dashboard for a metal-fabrication shop: the day's orders, their status, and the money in one view, so the owner runs the floor instead of chasing it.
What we built
- Fed by live integrations (Shopify and BigCommerce orders, Meta Ads and Meta Pixel performance, email, plus shop-floor production moves, syncs, and material costs), all rolled into one view.
- Orders, backlog, and status in a single operator view: what's due, what's stuck, what shipped.
- The business numbers sit next to the work (ad spend, material cost, margins, profit), not just a task list.
- The groundwork the later customer-facing order tracker was built on.
