A client-facing request portal for a venue's AV team. Someone picks the room, says what's wrong, and it lands as a routed support ticket. No phone tag, no lost email.
What we built
- A public form: choose a room or space, pick the issue, add detail and a photo, submitted straight to the AV team as a structured ticket.
- Built as a reusable template deployed across venues, so each new site gets the same intake without a rebuild.
- Turns scattered phone-and-email requests into one trackable queue.
