The build

Four weeks. One operating system.

Each week installs a working layer of the PrimoLabs system. By Friday of week 4, your crew is running on Monday morning and you're guarding the schedule again.

Week 1 · Foundation
Install the system. Wire your first three departments.
Claude Code setup. Memory layer. Dispatch protocol. Wire CEO + Personal + your first revenue dept (Sales / Marketing / Software Dev). Commit your first session log.
Week 2 · Departments
Stand up the rest of the org chart.
Master skills per department. Sub-dept routing. The Visual Storyteller stack. Cross-dept delegation patterns. By Friday: 8+ departments live, talking to each other.
Week 3 · Recursion
Wire the loops that make it learn YOU.
Persistent memory protocol. Self-improvement feedback loop. Hooks for session start, prompt submit, stop. Industry pack templates if you have a vertical.
Week 4 · Ship
Hard stop at 4. Crew keeps shipping.
Ship a real client deliverable using the org chart end-to-end. Document the win. Set the schedule that protects your life. Graduate to the alumni Discord.
