The Cohort — Now Enrolling

Learn the system.
Build tools like an operator.

Four courses. Chat → Cowork → Code → Power User. Each one builds on the last. By the end, you have the same Claude setup I use to run a 13-department AI organization — and you know exactly how every piece works because you built it yourself.

Claude 101: Chat — Your First Real Conversation

Bring your laptop and a real task you've been putting off. We'll compare Claude to ChatGPT live, build your first custom instructions, and write 3 prompts tailored to your actual job. Eight seats. This is the starting point — complete the series and you'll have a fully automated Claude workflow running by Course 104.

Course 101 · Claude Chat
Your First Real Conversation with Claude
Stop using AI like a search engine. In two hours you'll understand how Claude thinks, how to structure prompts that actually work, and how to set up a persistent Claude profile that remembers who you are and what you do.
PrerequisitesA laptop and a free Claude.ai account. Zero prior AI experience required.
What you leave with
Claude account configured with custom instructions
3 prompts built for your actual job
A Claude Project with persistent context about your work
A clear picture of when Claude beats ChatGPT — and when it doesn't
Lesson 1
Claude vs. the Field
Live head-to-head: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot on the same 5 tasks. Where each tool wins, where it fails, and why most people are using the wrong one for their job.
Lesson 2
How Claude Actually Thinks
Context windows, token limits, and why prompt structure changes everything. Good prompt vs. bad prompt — run live so you can see the difference in real time.
Lesson 3
Claude Projects & Custom Instructions
Set up a Project that remembers your company, your role, your writing voice, and your rules. Claude that already knows you before you type the first word.
Lesson 4
Live Build: 3 Prompts for Your Job
You bring a real task. We build the prompt together, live. You leave with something that works at work tomorrow — not a demo, a deliverable.
Course 102 · Claude Cowork
Claude as a Desktop Collaborator
Cowork is Claude running on your computer — not just answering questions, but creating files, running tasks on a schedule, and following a personalized ruleset you define once. This course builds your full Cowork setup from scratch.
PrerequisitesCourse 101 or basic Claude familiarity. No coding required.
What you leave with
3 custom Skills (reusable slash commands)
1 scheduled task running automatically
Your personalized CLAUDE.md profile deployed
A Cowork session setup you can use every workday
Lesson 1
What Cowork Mode Actually Does
How Cowork differs from claude.ai — file access, computer control, and why it changes what Claude can do for your workflow. Live demo of a real production setup.
Lesson 2
Skills: Reusable Slash Commands
Write a Skill file that Claude follows every time you trigger it. We build 3 together — one for email replies, one for meeting prep, one for your specific use case.
Lesson 3
Scheduled Tasks & Automation
Set up a task that runs on a timer without you — a morning briefing, a weekly summary, a daily CRM update. Claude running your workflow while you focus on other things.
Lesson 4
The CLAUDE.md Onboarding Interview
Claude interviews you — your role, your tools, your rules, your communication style — and generates a personalized CLAUDE.md profile that loads into every future session automatically.
Course 103 · Claude Code
Persistent Memory, Hooks & the CLI
Claude Code is the terminal-based CLI that builds real things and remembers everything. This course covers the full setup — memory system, session hooks, and the Claude Code Starter Kit that gives you a zero-gap context system in one session.
PrerequisitesCourse 102 or Cowork familiarity. Basic comfort opening a terminal required.
What you leave with
Claude Code installed and configured
Memory system live — context that survives every session
Stop hook logging every session automatically
The full Starter Kit deployed and running
Lesson 1
Install & Configure Claude Code
Get Claude Code running, wire up your global CLAUDE.md, and understand why the CLI is fundamentally different from the web app — and when to use each.
Lesson 2
The Memory System & @ File Includes
Build a persistent memory folder that loads into every session via @ includes. User profile, project state, feedback rules — all automatically available the moment Claude starts.
Lesson 3
Hooks: Stop, PostToolUse & Session Logging
Configure hooks that fire automatically — log session handoffs, sync memory files, trigger actions on file writes. Claude working behind the scenes so nothing falls through the cracks.
Lesson 4
Deploy the Starter Kit
Install the complete Claude Code Starter Kit — memory system, global config, hooks, templates, and backup scripts. Your full zero-gap setup running by the end of the session.
Course 104 · Power User

A multi-agent workflow running
GitHub backup pipeline for memory & session handoffs
A fully automated daily workflow running end to end

Connect Gmail, Google Drive, Supabase, Slack, and your CRM directly into Claude Code. No copy-paste — Claude reads your inbox, searches your Drive, queries your database.
Lesson 2
Multi-Agent Workflows
Claude orchestrating Claude — specialist agents for research, writing, validation, and execution running in parallel. How to design agent pipelines that actually ship work.
Lesson 3
GitHub Backup Pipeline
Auto-sync your memory files, session handoffs, and config to a private GitHub repo on a daily schedule. Your Claude setup backed up, versioned, and portable across machines.
